Initialy a gose style beer was later transferred to oak barrels. The rich aroma of elderflower and tangerines from the muscat pomace is easily recognizable, joined by some wild funk and a promise for some acidity on the nose already. Sparkling natural wine like taste with moderate acidity just complements the aroma.
