Permutation is our experimental series of small batch offerings, showcasing the unique visions and innovative concepts developed by our production crew. The names are sequential, reflecting the brewing year in Trillium's lifespan, followed by a recipe indicator.Permutation 6.57 pours an entrancing shade of dark brown, with mahogany highlights. Cocoa powder, light roast coffee and hazelnut aromas jump from the glass and lead into the first sip. On the palate, a touch of baker's chocolate melds with notes of molasses, brown bread and espresso. With a smooth body that isn't overly full, we find ourselves going back for sip after sip.
