10th anniversary beer, for the brewers collective Minus-1.An American/New Zealand IPA brewed with British malts and 30% wheat malt. Hopped with Simcoe (US), Mosaic (US), Nelson Sauvin (NZ) and Motueka (NZ).A very drinkable (and not over the top) juicy IPA with fruity and tropical notes of peach, pine, citrus, passionfruit, lime and grapes.Cheers to the first 10 years of the brewery!
