Sinne Mæ'æ Vinne is translated to "take it easy" This is our first version of an American Brown Ale and the name is my way of saying to myself that take it easy, mate. The next version will be even better. This brew is made with 5 different malt varieties for a depth in its body and taste. Cascade hops were used to balance the flavor, but more dry hopping is needed to truly make this recipe come alive.
