18g Hops per LiterTropical Fruit AromaFull BodyNew England YeastOriginally developed to celebrate the historical 30th birthday of one of our brewers, we had to have something truly special; something out of this world. So we called our buddy Elon and hired SpaceX to deliver a payload of sticky green Strata hops to us directly from the USA (not really) to brew up a super tropical NE IIPA (really). It’s inspired by Dead Richard. Dead Richard's goal is to go out in style, in a hop rocket. Cheers to you Dead Richard. Thanks for the laughs buddy. You’re a Saint. See you around. At 9.6% alk/vol and 18grams of hops per liter, it’s enough to keep you (and Dead Richard) going for what will seem like an eternity.True Story: We are the 1st in European brewery to offer up a Strata hopped beer: an experimental hop from the USA. Damn, it’s yummy.
