Inspired by the traditional Bock style, a malty dark lager, but always keen to challenge the thinking, Puffing Billy is a strong, warming beer with a distinct smokey twist. A subtle hint of Beech wood smoked malt added to the grist rounds out this rich dark lager with lasting, peat like characters on the finish, a generous dose of hops thrown in throughout the brewing process keeps it true to our hop loving style.
