This amber lager started its life way back in January. After a painstaking and lengthy 4-step mash we thoughtfully hopped in the kettle and whirlpool with German-grown Magnum and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. It’s been cold fermented, naturally carbonated and has spent months in the tank prior to packaging to achieve optimum drinkability.
