This hazy double India pale ale was brewed with extra pale ale malt, wheat malt and a pinch of flaked oats. The whirlpool was loaded with Mosaic Incognito and then we double dry hopped Volta DIPA with heaps and heaps of Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Kohia Nelson SubZero Hop Kief.SubZero Hop Kief is a liquid dry-hop made with a cryogenic, solventless, patent pending separation process. And to switch things up further (brace yourselves) this particular variety, Kohia Nelson SubZero Hop Kief is a blend of Nelson Sauvin hops and NZ-grown, dried passion fruit with the seeds removed. Yes, that is some hop savvy science right there.
