2022 Barrel Adoption.Light, delicate with just the right light touch of funk! One of the longer aged low ABV beers to come out of the barrel programme. This is another good example on how the beer can intertwine with the barrel. Bright vinous aromas, hints of passion fruit and lemon with a sharp, dry finish.
