West Bank (8/22/23)

West Bank is our maple syrup Farmhouse ale. We added pure Vermont maple syrup to the beer in addition to the hint of caramel malt and local barley and wheat. It is then aged in oak wine barrels for months and naturally bottled conditioned. When the maple syrup is combined with our proprietary yeast culture it creates distinct fruit and citrus notes in addition to hints of maple syrup sweetness.
