For Our 2023 Central Florida SMaSH Festival Entry, We Chose to Brew Our Version of a Kolsch Using Only Riverbend's Chesapeake Pilsner Malt and Yakima Chief's YQH1320EXP Hops Along with Special Kolsch Yeast. In This Ale Conditioned at Lager Temperatures, We Get Faint Notes of Tropical Fruits and a Dry Finish. We Hope You Enjoy Our Vision.
