"Do you serve cocktails?" is one of the questions we're asked most often. While we don't serve spirits - we are a brewery, after all - that hasn't stopped us from brewing beers that are reminiscent of some of our favorite cocktails. Enter the Botanical Series, a project focusing on the inclusion of gin botanicals in the brewing process. The first installment is our take on the famous Southside cocktail - a pale golden ale brewed with juniper, orange peel, coriander, cardamom, mint, and lime juice. The result is a dry, low-bitterness beer that is incredibly aromatic and perfumey. If you're a lover of cocktails and mixology, this one is for you.
