Beer made of Mecca Grade Estste malt is initially aged for over a year in fresh pinot noir barrels from Domain Drouhin in the Willamette Valley, then finished in brandy barrels to deepen the complexity. Naturally carbonated with fresh Oregon cherry juicy, unfiltered, open fermented & barrel-aged.
