"Our 2nd Anniversary Blend is a Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Ugandan vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. The vanilla lends more complexity with its floral and earthy spiciness, and with a thoughtful amount of cinnamon, we have a beautiful mix of bold spirit, oak, milk and dark chocolate, caramel, and mild roastiness, complemented by a complex and sweet spiciness and vanilla.This blend consists of the following barrels:•⁠ ⁠39% - Imperial Stout aged for 37 months in a Rye Whiskey barrel•⁠ 28% - Imperial Stout aged for 36 months in a Heaven Hill barrel•⁠ 16.5% - Barrel-Aged Lady Cupcake (Coconut & Vanilla)•⁠ ⁠16.5% - Unspoken Blend #1, aged 12 months in Rye Whiskey barrels"Head Brewer Jirka Ordén
