Soured with wild foraged lactobacillus andaged on rhubarb and pears from our amazingserver Joanie's farm. Conditioned oncinnamon and vanilla beans. Flavors of grandma's rhubarb crisp and fresh ground cinnamon. A shift in our souring bacteria yields a new exploration in tart, fun flavors.
