Tibor of Dealbreaker told us what a Cold IPA is and that for our collab we should aim to make this Wester than West Coast style IPA like the inventors Wayfinder describe the style.For us this was a fun idea and together with Beerbliotek us three gave this style a go.Rice to get a crisp body and to keep it light Lager yeast fermented a bit warmerBittering hops in the boil and Ekuanot T90 and Idaho7 Cryo dry hop.
