”Liquid bread” that's how this beer could be describe, and that's how it was i 1700's by Paulaner monks. It is literally double bock, stronger, darker and bigger than tradicional bock. Flavor is rich, sweet, malty-centred, very low bitterness, deep mahogany color. Strength hides in a body of smooth, bready-like malts. The aroma mimics the flavor, and is like fresh loaves in the mornings bakery.Cheers everyone!!!
