Built on a silky-soft base of North Star Pils, malted oats, and flaked wheat, this beer pours a glowing golden haze and drinks like a pillowy dream. We layered in a bold mix of hops with Peacharine bringing bright stone fruit pop, Zumo adding zesty citrus, and a double dose of Citra Cryo and T90 with Simcoe rounding things out with tropical depth and a kiss of pine. Packed with notes of ripe peach rings, mango smoothie, orange peel, and a whisper of dank, this DIPA doesn’t mess around, it’s here for a good time.
