Cherry Ale. Tart cherry puree was added when this ale was 2/3 into fermentation. This way we kept the fruit flavors and aromas but none of the sugar. It brings a malty beginning, tart fruitiness and then a dry and mild bitter finish.Hops: Cascade (USA)
