Celsius is an IPA brewed using all Australian ingredients. We have sourced Coopers pale malt, hops from HPA and yeast from Bluestone. Dry-hopped with fresh Vic Secret and Galaxy hops from the 2020 harvest. The body is full and creamy, with a malt profile that is evident yet plays a minor role. There is an unmistakably Australian hop profile that is beaming with bright tropical notes of pineapple, peach and the signature galaxy passionfruit that we all know and love. The yeast profile intensifies the sweet and juicy tropical vibes provided by the hops and leaves an everlasting pineapple crush flavour coating your mouth.
