Brewed in collaboration with The Galley Group, this Grissete pulls its lovely Fuschia color from the additions of plums and Himalayan pink sea salt. The result is a complex beer that gives off flavors of cherry and ripe strawberry with a full mouthfeel, while the salt complements the sweetness and adds a slight minerality.
