Racine is a blend of three brews : a juicy NEIPA generously hopped with Citra and Galaxy, a mixed fermentation saison matured for 8 months on foeders, and a mixed fermentation kveik aged in oak barrels for 16 months.The result is a hyper balanced beer between the typical tropical flavors of NEIPA (tropical fruits and stone fruits) and the tart, woody and complex "funk" of the two mixed fermentation beers.
