WTF is a milkshake IPA? This exciting new style was born from the innate desire of craft-brewers to experiment with different ingredients and to push the boundaries of brewing. In this case, by using un-fermentable sugars such as lactose, fruit and adjuncts like vanilla to create these creamy, full-bodied tropical hazy IPAs. We took it one step further, drawing inspiration from our neighbours, Norco, and their classic flavoured milk of the same name.
