Jackson's Session Lager

This lightly dry-hopped session pale lager is the scaled up version of our 2018 Freckleton Homebrew Lager competition winner Jackson O’Rileys original recipe. Brewed to be light, refreshing, and subtly complex, this almost-European lager is brewed with German Pilsner malt, and lightly dry hopped with Czech Saaz and German Saphir hops. This combination provides a lightly doughy malt base overlaid with citrus, herbal, and spice characters from the noble hops, and the clean fermentation character of our house lager yeast.
