Vast Air 2022 Blend

Описание

Vast Air is the culmination of years of dreaming, infinite patience, and many cold nights. Brewed with all NYS grains and 100% Spontaneously fermented using our Coolship to capture the local microflora, this beer is complex and rich with the distinct supporting aromas of aged whole leaf hops. The 2022 blend highlights barrels from a single batch brewed in February of 2021 known as Coolship #11.
