In our collaboration with Trevor's liquor, we laid down our apple wine in an Elijah Craig 10 year barrel for 12 months!After thinking about it for a year we decided to blend it into another delicious pie cider.It's very smooth for a 9% cider, with notes of Bourbon, roasted cinnamon, Vanilla and Caramel.
