Our brewery MVP, ConnorCurrie, has made getting lilac flowers into our beer one of his pet projects. This year, wes elected portions of various barrels, all made with MeccaGrade Estate barley & aged Goschie Farms Cascade hops.Then, after a day harvesting these early bloomers, aged the beer on lilac flowers from branches overhanging cracked sidewalks.
