When we got together with the guys from Wild Horse brewing down the road in Llandudno, we decided that our third collaboration beer of the year needed to be a big one. We pulled out all the stops putting together this West Coast style double ipa. Sweetness from the high strength is balanced by a proper old fashioned bitterness, and provides a foundations for layers of massive hop aromas and flavours from huge kettle and dry hop additions of old school US hops Chinook, Columbus, Amarillo and Simcoe
