Tequila Barrel Aged Santa Muerte

After fermentation Santa Muerte was aged on cocoa nibs, madagascan vanilla beans and mexican smoked chipotle-, ancho- and passilla chilies. In December 2020, just before Christmas, we put a small part of this brew into small Tequila Oak Barrels and let it age for 10 months. This is the result.
