Gnarth Park

Описание

We teamed up with our Humble Sea homies from Santa Cruz to collab on this most excellent Double Shaka Foggy IPA - Gnarth Park! We merged our collective approaches to brewing soft and juicy hop forward beers which resulted in quite the tasty beverage. We hopped it with Mosaic & Mosaic CO2 Extract in the kettle and fermented it with an expressive yeast that we both enjoy using. We followed that up with two hefty dry hop additions of Mosaic, Strata, and Nelson Sauvin that brought out waves of tropical passion fruit, dank hop resins, bright citrus, and juicy peach flavors with a totally gnarly medium dry fruity finish.
