We got some Kveik yeast from our good friends at Watsacowie. We heard it did not behave like normal yeast. It doesnt… In this ongoing experiment we continually introduce a new single malt pale ale with generous Victoria whirlpool addition into the same fermenter, without removing the previous yeast slurry. At the time of writing we are up to 18 generations without noticeable changes. We will keep going until it breaks, we promise!
