The First of Many

The First Of Many is the first in a long line of Belgian inspired beers that we are going to do at Brus. This beer uses a very simple grain bill featuring pilsner and a bit of wheat. It was then fermented with a nice fruity Belgian strain of yeast, to produce a super drinkable beer, with a classic Belgian ester profile. Enjoy!
