Inspired by the classic West Coast IPA, this beer is clear, crisp and moderately bitter. We used light colored Pilsner malt as well as a bit of oats and a touch of caramel malt for a smooth mouthfeel.Aroma bursts of citrus as well as grapefruit and pine from the generous amount of Simcoe. Hopped exclusively with Simcoe.
