Combining Azacca and Meridian hops, both known for their tropical fruit character, Diamond Mine is a crisp and bright pale ale with mango and peach notes up front and a short finish with a wash of orange zest and pine. Our latest cask special is a classic, pale ale with a slightly old-school vibe - with fruit flavours up front quickly fading into a crisp finish, Diamond Mine showcases two of our current favourite hops working in perfect harmony.
