Harvest Cider

During the apple harvest season in October, the Beersmith brewing team journeyed to Wang Fengtai farm in Huludao, south-west Liaoning Province. They toured the orchard with manager Xu Zhi, and hand selected two varieties of apples, Guoguang and Fuji. These were crushed and fermented with a specialty cider yeast to produce a unique fresh apple cider. The result is a refreshing cider beautifully showcasing the two locally grown varieties. The aroma of fresh apples leads into a crisp, clean flavour with a balanced dry finish.
