Batch 2 of Black Currant Slow Jamz! Keeping all that wonderful terroir, but adding in some modern fermentation methods, we get to showcase to you the opposite end of the sweet-dry spectrum with this liquid Black Currant Candy!!!!The Honey, a pull from Hives in Lambertville, from yard that were heavy with Autumn Olive (they've since been mowed down to prevent more spread), was light in color and had beautiful Spring flower boquet aromatics, and a soft berry-like sweetness.
