Many Belgian Flemish Reds and Our Bruins have "balsamic" notes thanks to their extensive aging and blending... we decided to cheat and add two bottles of 15-year-old Balsamic vinegar to a keg of our two-year barrel-aged sour ale. The result reminds us of those classic examples with oaky-fruity-tart-sweet flavors. Duchesse de Columbia?
