Garten Carrot & Squash

A field beer with mixed culture, carrot and squash. This beer was sauer mashed with grated organic carrot and squash from Pete's Greens here in Craftsbury. Then it was boiled in our wood-fired kettle, chilled in the coolship and puncheon fermented with mixed culture. Bottled July 2021
