A Californian inspired IPA. Brewed with a super light malt base, a hop free boil and a clean Californian Ale yeast. We've gone for a large, but cool temp, whirlpool addition of Cashmere Cryo. After a clean, cool ferment, we loaded up the fermenter with plenty of the freshest Strata, Mosaic and another addition of Cashmere Cryo. The result is a super clean and dry IPA, rolling with waves of tropical fruit notes with a soft bitterness.
