Aronia mead with handpicked, wild aronia berries from Ulf Källén.3 days skin contact together with local wildflower honey - only free-run juice utilized (no pressing). The result is a very clean, but potent expression of the juicy, but tannic and earthy characteristics of aronia berries. The wildflower honey ties everything together and lifts the flavor of the berries to another level.-------------------------- 2022 --------------------------Honey variety:WildflowerAronia variety:Wild aronia berries picked by Ulf Källén.*The vintage year refers to the harvest year of the ingredients*
