Written while Carroll was visiting relatives in Sunderland, some believe the poem may have been inspired by the legend of the Lambton Worm (a beer name for another day...).This DIPA pushes the boundaries at 7.5%, sitting right on the edge of DIPA territory. Brewed with Galaxy, Mosaic, and Citra hops, it’s bursting with flavour.Expect tropical fruit, dangerous crushability (especially for a DIPA), and a thick, velvety mouthfeel. Beware… the jaws that bite.
