Pale amber ale, with a rich brown bread and biscuity aroma. Caramel and nutty flavours .with spice and toasted malt . Medium bodied. dry rustic. bittersweet finish that is very moreish.The ending of the old year was celebrated at Orkney’s neolithic heart, Maeshowe. The chambered cairn’s passageway, was built to capture the final sunbeams ,to signal the shortest day is over and it is time to look ahead.
