We have taken German Pilsner, wheat, rolled oats, flaked barley and spelt and fermented it with Black Doris Plums infused with black peppercorn for a intriguingly piquant sour. Deliciously pink, plummy, earthy, crisp and refreshing with a tickly scent of pepper on the nose and a subtle warming on the palate. Professor Plum in the kitchen with the peppermill!
