Fermentation Geeks is our collaboration for Fuji to Hood with Son of the Smith Hard Cider from Nagano, Japan. This apple IPA is fermented with Tropics yeast and uses Phantasm powder. Japanese Cascade hops and apple juice from Son of the Smith were used in this unique IPA that was dry hopped with Motueka.
