M7 celebrates the 7th anniversary of our friends over at Mostra Coffee of San Diego, one of the top coffee roasters in the world. Mostra Coffee continues to be a powerhouse in the roasting community and is known as the premier coffee for treating a beer. This official anniversary beer, short for Mostra 7th, was first aged in a combination of Elijah Craig and Old Fitzgerald Bourbon barrels for 20 months, then treated with Ugandan Vanilla and Panamanian Bambito Red Bourbon Coffee. The Moksa and Mostra team worked hard to design this beer to showcase both our barrel aging program and their high quality coffee beans.
