This year's version of tons of blondes we decided to go for an English version. English malts give a light caramel biscuit flavor, East Kent Goldings provide a jammy fruitiness, and the English yeast ties a bow on it all. An extremely sessionable ale, with a lot of subtle nuance. Just the type of thing you want to drink while belting the chorus of sweet child o' mine at the top of your lungs with guns n' freakin roses at the biggest festival in Norway.
