Lieve, an empress of the Antwerp craft beer scene, came up with the idea to brew a deeply roasted coffee stout using coffee from her local (awesome) roaster Helios (look them up, killer coffee).We brewed this together in de dead of night, listening only to the darkest of musicIt was perfect. It was perfect. (Lieve needs to hear things twice).Lieve runs Billie's Bier Kafétaria and therefore very greedily (typical) stole all the kegs for herself. In her haste, she missed one which we will store for Billie's Craft Beer Fest in November!
