A Chinese style Rice Lager brewed with Alberta Pilsner and toasted rice flakes, as well an Huanien Chinese Premium Rice. Osmanthus flowers and Oolong tea were used as well.Expect a crisp rice lager with a slightly sweeter finish and peach/nectarine flavours from the Osmanthus and some herbal notes from the Oolong tea.
