Brewed for Izumi Restaurants in Mumbai and Goa. This refreshing ale has a light golden colour, brilliant clarity, and a light body. It boasts a unique citrus and herbal aroma and flavour, thanks to Sorachi Ace hops—a wildcard hop developed in Japan in the ‘80s!Sorachi Ace is a hop developed by Sapporo Breweries in 1984 but later abandoned given its rather bold herbal and dill-like character. It was in the early 2000s that modern craft breweries discovered this in the Sapporo lab and popularised this hop to an almost cult like status.
