Stallhagen Delikat has a rightful place on every Åland food-lover's table. Delikat is a slightly darker medium-bodied lager. An excellent beer to accompany food, with its strong maltiness and oaky character. Delikat is balanced, smooth and harmonious. Its head is lacy-thin and chalk-white. The hop bitterness is pleasantly rounded and develops a fine body. The aroma is fresh and mineral.The aftertaste is sustained, with clear hop bitterness transitioning into sweetness, with slightly burnt tones at the finish.Delicious with traditional Nordic food and fish bouffet, or for more spicy dishes.
